HATHA Yoga

Three classes daily (09:00 – 10:30, 11:00 – 12:30 and 16:30 – 18.00).

We practice surya namaskar (sun salutations), asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

From beginners to advanced practitioners all levels are welcome. There are also private lessons available.

The Sunday class from 09.00 to 10.30 is for free.
